2. There was no comment by Joe on his site.

It was attributed. Not in the most forward way, but there is a link at the bottom of Joe's reproducing to the "rest of the story."

the black republican guy logic rocks, I mean you can demostrate almost everything with it, in the end he makes his point but for more than half of the article sounds like: "the KKK is fighting for a racism free country, 'cos once they get rid of all other etnicity there will be no more racism" "I've never heard a black being called racist for arsoning a white man's house" "during slavery black's unemploymen was 0%"
