i'm reading people's profile and send message to them but still i got disabled from sending messages . I didn't get the system when will it return to normal ?

Hi there! Welcome to the site.

The spam filter is a secret. Nobody knows how many reported messages will trigger it, or how long the ban lasts.

I've always wondered. If you get put on restriction for spam, can you still contact support? Or will it be blocked with the rest of your outgoing mail?

Our spam filter monitors the onsite messages you send to other users and will be activated if it determines that you're sending out a large number of generic messages. To prevent the filter from activating we recommend that you take the time to read the profiles of the other users on the site and send a personalized message to those that interest you. This is also a great way to get good responses back.


It doesn't last long. To avoid activating it again, I'd advise you to take the above suggestion during the next round.

I see you are in Turkey. If you write to women not local to you, especially if they specify local guys only in their profile, they may mark your messages as Spam. (This is true for any other requirement they list that gets ignored.)

You sent me a message and clearly didn't read my profile. If you were doing that to loads of dommes then you'd get reported as spam. The message you sent to me was clearly generic.
