I've known a few people who have had to carry life insurance with the ex (and/or the noncustodial children) as beneficiary. Remember that when negotiating a contract (a divorce settlement is just a contract) you can ask for damn near anything. That doesn't mean you'll get it.

I dunno' . . . I don't think you can keep your nose clean when the angry ex-wife to be is pranking you. Just saying - he may not have done anything except to have married the wrong person.

Those with notoriety need to keep their head down. Unfortunately, their ego usually doesn't allow it. That's what I was talking about for "being jailed for stupidity".

SZ: He punched my dad on the nose. My dad has a mark on his face. I saw his glasses were on the floor. He accosted my father and then took my iPad out of my hand and smashed it and cut it with a pocket knife. There is a Lake Mary city worker across the street that I believe saw almost all of it. He is sitting in his truck right now. He just showed up here but my phone died so I had to call from my father's phone. I'm really, really afraid. Hey Hilly . . . he did have a witness. His body guard was there. Transcript of Shellie Zimmerman's 911 Call "They are telling his bodyguard to get out of the way. Oh my God. Dad, get behind the car or something. I don't know if he is going to start shooting at us or not." After listening to the 911 call, I am gonna have to go back to my first impression. I think it is an overemotional and vengeful wife pranking him. He showed up with a witness who was also a body guard. If that isn't reasonable safe measures against your future ex, what is? I mean, why would he be sitting in his truck? I think it really went like this: GZ: I want my CD collection back. SZ: OK honey, wait right here in the truck, I'll go get them for you sweetheart. SZ: <muttering to self> You want something from me George, I'll give you something you no life insurance mother fucker. Watch this! SZ: Hello 911 . . . woe's me, George Zimmerman is waiving a gun in front of my house in pick up truck.
