Ho all what about an app for cm on Apple devices anybody can do that?

No app but they have a mobile site. Personally, I don't like the mobile version but you can save it to your home screen as a "1 click"

Highly unlikely. I doubt the site is already set up with a nice API to support such an app, so it would likely take a fair bit of effort on Collarme's part to get something working. Another, perhaps more absolute, roadblock is that Apple's App Store Review Guidelines would probably prohibit a Collarme app. Some of the current specific guidelines it might fall afoul of:

15.1 - Apps portraying realistic images of people or animals being killed or maimed, shot, stabbed, tortured or injured will be rejected.
16.1 - Apps that present excessively objectionable or crude content will be rejected.
18.1 - Apps containing pornographic material, defined by Webster's Dictionary as "explicit descriptions or displays of sexual organs or activities intended to stimulate erotic rather than aesthetic or emotional feelings", will be rejected.
18.2 - Apps that contain user generated content that is frequently pornographic (e.g. "Chat Roulette" Apps) will be rejected.

I think the post was more about the other side, Collarme (cm), than the Collarchat forums. There are issues there for mobile device users. But most of those issues could be resolved with updates to the site; if resources existed, focusing them there rather than on the arguable advantages of a native app would probably make more sense.
