I'm not sure, but go to the guy's website and see. Not all the links worked for me, but maybe if you visit, he can stamp your passport or something. From the looks of it, he's having a grand old time being the ruler and potentate of his own nation, and doing it in such a way that there'll be no SWAT teams busting down his door, as is the case in most folks who declare themselves an "independent nation".

What would be funny is if someone in the State Department finds this, doesn't realize it's a joke, and realizes there's another ambassadorship that needs filling....
