Shaving cream, razor and no ink. Now, I have heard on a number of occasions, that eating pussy aids in hair growth, but that is limited to mustache and beard. I guess you could drive a woman to multiple orgasms and rub the by product on your scalp.

Don't do the tat...it will look weird and give folks wrong ideas about you. Dad was going bald since before I was born. He used to say that he like it because it meant he was mature enough.
