No, I’m not asking about switching between domination and submission. I’m asking how many of you CM members using Apple Computers? Anyone switched from PCs? Or thinking to switch?   http://www.apple.com/macosx/switch/ Master96,

I started out using Macs, but switched to a PC.  The primary reason at the time was it was more affordable, but another solid reason was needing to learn to use what most of the rest of the world uses.

I'm in the market for a new laptop, and I am very much considering going back to a Mac.   Interesting that they'll switch over all the information on my PC laptop to the new one  - lol - hundreds of saved BDSM oriented articles won't be lost.

Pet and I have a Dell Computer and a Dell lab top. We mainly have them because of the credit account we have with Dell. Anyhow, Dell works fine with me.

I've only used pc's.  Messed around with a few operating systems in my time.
Everytime I get behind the wheel of a mac I have no clue whatsoever.
Still people tend to ask me to attempt to fix them for them.

PC for me,  Have used a mac but don't like it.  Think of it as a hard limit.

I grew up using MACS in school and loved them but I had to learn to use PCs once I started working because that's all anyone ever uses unless you're in a graphic/artist rich career.

I have pcs at home as well since they're just more compatible with everything out there but I'd like to get an Apple one day.

I started with a TRS-80 ...no hard drive just a floppy...4k system memory... I loved it.

Moved up to an Apple II but jumped to an IBM with the first windows.

Stayed with windows but almost went to Apple with the Vista disaster.

But now Win 7 64 is very stable and applications for windows are cheaper and there or a lot more of them so I guess I'll stay.

I've never understood why anyone would use a Mac.

I've used both, and infinitely prefer a PC.

We use macs at work, so I have a mac laptop which is brought home every night. It is switched off immediately, and the PC switched on.

Lifelong PC user here. I will switch to a Mac about the same time as I adopt Portuguese as my first language. I bought my daughter an iPod several years ago. During the visit to the Apple store I spoke to several disgruntled Mac users who had to schedule an appointment days in advance and then wait in line for service for their Apple computer product. No amount of status symbol appeal is worth all of that.

My adult kids grew up on PCs but have switched to Macs in the last few years. They wind up using both between work and home, but say they will never buy another PC. Me, I've used both, but much perfer a PC.

Typing from a Mac laptop right now. Love it and will never own anything but a Mac.
