In any forum where you must manage things, there is usually a catch all phrase in the TOU that states the admins have the right to do as they see fit for what they determine the good of the forum is. That is nothing more than smart management.

Does anyone know if the TOU or Guidelines has that clause?

Personally I didn't have an issue with your pic. It just showed you to be the prick that you are. People can be pricks all they want but you have to live with that choice.

Now man up and stop whining about it.

In the aftermath of Zimmerman, Michael Dunn’s’ lawyer now states that since the Florida DA lost Zimmerman, they will go after his client. Michael Dunn is charged Murder One of killing a black teenager, Jordan Davis, for playing his music to loud and claims he saw a shot gun. No evidence has yet to be presented to prove this and after the shooting Dunn drove nearly 200 miles and called his lawyer. Much like Zimmerman Cory Strolla, Dunn lawyer has been challenging the judges and the case is currently on it third judge.

I really don’t see what Strolla is worried about, every studies of Florida Stand Your Ground Law, shows Dunn has a 70% chance of being acquitted, he is white and Jordan Davis is black. I know race has nothing to do with this. Right[sm=insane.gif]

I suppose the Arizona Stand Your Ground case of Cordell Jude shooting of
Daniel Adkins will turn out the same what. After Adkins was a mental retard and Jude is a known drug dealer who legally owns guns, you can do that there.

A photo from the Houston pro-Zimmerman counter-rally of the NBPP anti-Zimmerman rally picked up by the AP shows a woman holding a sign that read, “Racist & Proud.”

That looked incongruent with the other reports from the pro-Zimmerman side.
The Houston Chronicle identified her as Renee Vaughan:

Scanning the internet we found that a “Renee Vaughn” from Austin worked for a far left environmental group, the Texas Campaign for the Environment.

Renee even has her photo linked to a far left environmental website.

The article has an update -

UPDATE: Brandon Darby interviewed Renee Vaughan at the rally. She told him her sign means that “there are people here who are racist and apparently think that’s OK. I’m not one of them. I’m being sarcastic.”

Well now wait a minute. That is spin, there are rules and they were stated at the outset.

I don't think blacklisting (and you were wrong about it, BTW) has been given a pass.

Here is what was said:

For the subject of ZImmerman ONLY, we are opening up an unmoderated thread for discussion. The "biggie TOS violations" (Bestiality, pedophilia, etc) are still in effect.(So don't call someone names etc concerning those subjects or find another way to integrate them into the thread.). Otherwise, discuss freely. The other threads with Zimmerman as the topic, or any other topics, still face normal moderation.

Now not that I give an invisible box of fucks, but that dont look like it would get a pass, and I wonder if you got a gold mail anyhow, and if you think I am a moderator, or a favorite of moderators...........well, just fukin lol.
