I agree with MistressRena about integrating it into your already exiting lifestyle. I guess everyone has a visual of how they see 24/7. I am naturally dominant and it doesn’t shut down nor do I walk around in leather barking orders 7 days a week. I’ve been doing this almost 20 years and I am far from burnt out. In fact when I started entering my 40’s many things began changing in me. Emotionally and spiritually I am more rounded (not just my hips) and on one hand I have more patience yet on the other I am intolerant of having my time wasted. These days I’m insistent on my needs being met so I guess I’m more demanding on one level but by far a much more experienced Domina.
  I have more passion and fire then I did in my 20’s. That’s for damn sure. I just expect more for it.

And I agree with you Dianna about tolerance and the rest of it. I spent the time getting at this level of experience by doing just that living life in real time.

I worked hard to get to this point and I will get respect.
