Greetings and welcome to CM and the forums where discussions take place. Is there a reason you felt that you had to tell us your weight and height, as you do not have to include that when you are here to have discussions?
You have come to the right place to learn, ( if that is what you are here for), more about the lifestyle as there is a real good group of folks on this side with a vast knowledge about it all. Don't be afraid to ask questions, though sometimes newbies may need a thick skin here. Some of the people are really kewl and others not so much, but please take each advice given and no matter how it comes across knowing they are sharing their knowledge with you free of charge.
