Hello from BOSTON! I've put a brief introduction to myself in my CollarMe profile (the sites share logins, right?) and what I am looking for. I should probably say, what I think I am looking for. Besides that (or to save lazies from clicking the link), I supposed I'd just say that I'm a self-described submissive personality. I've often used "passive", but through experience and learning I'm becoming more assertive to accomplish goals and improve relationships in other life aspects. If I were too extremely passive/submissive I wouldn't be here now, would I? :) I've been hovering on this forum the past couple weeks, and it seems very similar to most other active online forums ... you have your wise elders (age not implied), callow newcomers (to put it as nicely as possible), and serious nice people in between. I'm hoping to make a graceful entrance, and respect the protocols while being my own self and be fun -- sometimes the best critics or innovators are the inexperienced, because lacking any impression/bias. I've seen a few good resources that might help in my discovery. Would any of you recommend the TNG "munches"? I noticed there is a Boston TNG group and a Cambridge/Somerville TNG group. I live north of Boston so both would be close to me. I'm really interested in the younger crowd since I'm 26 and also interested in how those in their earlier twenties could be made more aware, since I wish I were more in tune with my own needs then. Looking forward to chatting! John
