Which makes it even stranger... why would they call in a DRE if they already had drawn and tested a blood sample, or vice versa, if everything kept coming up zero? Drawing blood is an intrusive search, and even in an implied consent state, requires some articulable suspicion... and a zero on the breathalyzer and negative from the drug expert, sure don't rise to that level. Something's still missing here. quote:
