Our newspaper, The Johnstown Tribune-Democrat, has a story today, from the AP I think, that says the IRS "kerfluffe" has gone up to Aids in the White House, but they claim OBAMA didn't know.

From testimony in the scandals so far, what we have learned, is NOBODY in the Obama administration knows ANYTHING about what goes on in the Obama administration! Not having a clue about what is going on in your area of responsibility is not a good defense or generate any confidence with the American people!
