Tried to do a video greeting and a video journal. But not showing up after 2-3 days. :( Contacted Support yesterday, but no answer yet. Are the video options not working anymore? Or does approval just take waaaay too long? I've noticed there haven't been any new video journal entries BY ANYONE since Jan!

LOL...well, they took the time to move this thread from "Introductions" to "Off Topic". But not solve the issue that's been around since January. Must work for the government.

Must work for the government. They did say they discovered an issue and are working on it. Perhaps it's an issue that can't be fixed or they don't think is worth fixing.

No, how about the staff here is made up of volunteers. Im oh so sorry your video greeting option isnt working. I can tell that is of MASSIVE importance to you. But, honestly, in the grand scheme of things, its not that big a deal.

Patience is your friend.

Not sure if they "did me a favor" considering the innane, immature, non constructive responses I've received so far. If it doesn't work and they don't/can't fix it, remove the buttons.

Youve been answered, told that support is working on it, that the mods dont have anything to do with the tech side and to have a lil patience, if you call that inane,immature, non constructive etc, then you really wont have much luck here, I guess .... But hello anyway

You asked for help from a bunch of forums members. Then you got pissy when the FORUM moderators couldn't help you, even though they have nothing to do with the personals side. Think of this way: You just went to a coffee shop and you're pissed off because the barista can't show you how to use the video function on your phone. If you're not going to ask in the right areas and then get pissed off that the question isn't getting answered....then you deserve what you get.
