I'd like to introduce myself, but I think there is a problem with my profile. My profile seems to be hidden or something. Anyone know what can be done about this? I've tried contacting support but it seems to do nothing.

Go to the other side (collarme.com). From the drop down menu, select edit profile.
When the new page pops up, look at the top of the page and in the middle will be a button that says (unhide profile)
click that and you should be good to go.

I've tried that, it's not hidden in that way. Any other ideas?

1st off, welcome aboard :)

secondly, i had that problem with my old profile and i sent support many times but nothing happened, try to make a new one, i did that !

There seem to be a few newbies having this problem, most end up deleting the first profile and start a whole new one. Sorry I know this may not be what you where hoping to hear. Heres hoping you can get this one working.
