Ur welcome, hope the info assists you both in the decision.

One other thing... my piercer suggested that as a woman of childbearing age (not that that is going to happen to be honest)... that he would suggest that barbells are better, sometimes rings can have a negative effect for those who may wish to breastfeed, apparently they do more damage to the actual workings of the nipples.

Still on the topic of nipple percing heres a differant question what about us guys that want to do that. i have read alot of warnings for the ladies but are there differant health risks for men?

As I stated in my other post...my twin sister's fiance has his done as well and he hasn't had any problems with them. They still take a while to heal like women's...couldn't answer about the health issues as I know noone who has gone through any.

For everyone who has responded to my fears and questions I want to say thank you once again. I now have less fear and alot more information on what to expect. I have found all of these postings had much to contribute and am greatful so many were honest about their experiences. This has been a wonderful experience for me as far as posting for information.
