Tazzy, I'm not saying all kids born to married parents are saints, but there is a history of them being better for society. Now yes there are children born to single mothers who become good and great people, that's why I'm saying let it be a choice, not a requirement. Those who choose not to abort their bastard children, may have what it takes to help their child become a good if not great member of society. But those who are readily considering abortion probably aren't, so make it damn easy for them. And worse comes to worse, it's one less human being sucking up resources.

Hmmm... you mean like women who abort because of their health issues. Women who abort because of rape, incest, abuse. Women who abort because the tests reveal a deformity with the fetus. (Typically much better off women in this group than in the poor and single) Or do you mean the half of all pregnancies that end in spontaneous abortions each year? Or the one's born to a rich sugar daddy because the trophy wife at home gave him one and she refuses sex anymore? Or the one's who took their birth control and it failed.

OMG Tazzy lol what the hell do you want. I'm pro-choice on this, I'm all for protecting the right, and even making it free. Can we at least agree women have a right to abortion, a right to choose, that the government shouldn't infringe upon, based upon a right of privacy. We may have different points of origin for wanting the right to be maintained but the finish line is still the same. No matter what we do, humanity is not perfect, so let folks do what they will and if there is a God let that God judge them as they will (atheists gamble on there being no God, believers gamble on their being a God). Again, it's a choice, an inalienable right to have that choice that no one should be able to take away. Should society benefit because people engage in baby murder, all the better.

I have no problem agreeing. I do have a problem with women being put down in derogatory ways for deciding to make a legal decision. But, you are right. The military has been engaging in baby murder for as long as there has been war... and it truly has weeded out many an imbecile. You may be on to something.

Do you want the folks who get abortions to be parents and rear their progeny. Do you know that many women ....not folks...women... have abortions and then go on to have children? And raise them to be "decent human beings? Abortion has helped reduce crime (because folks commonly getting abortions belong to the demographics responsible for crime) and the drain on welfare. Anyone who seriously considers Ron Paul should google "Ron Paul, don't start atrade war with China". He is the King of outsourcing. Why won't the Republican Congress give jobs to 9/11 responders? Why are they rejecting (no additional cost) job bills, deficit reduction bills and taxing the millionaires who BEGGED The Subcommittee to raise their taxes. Rand Paul has a budget plan to balance the budget in 10 yrs without raising taxes. It doesn't cut spending either only reduces spending increases. You would have to be a moron not to support this guy.

In other words, I could show you a plan for me earning 50 million dollars this month. I just need to go buy a powerball ticket and win. But I'm not sure I think of that as a credible plan. That's pretty much how both parties like to talk about their "economic plans". And you know what? I actually like the guy because I think he might actually stand against the bankers and whatnot. But the whole deal with racism and theocracy makes me think it'd be better simply to vote green where I can have the benefits with the associated atrocities.
