And in 2006 there was a similar story on "Law and Order-Criminal Intent" but it was a dead guy found in a water tank on top of a building...Wow looking this up it happens more often than you would think.

The fire captain said "We have had the water tested and there was no trace of harmful bio hazard" I wonder if he swallowed. Does everyone who works for the city/county of LA lie. If I had stayed there and drank the water I would be getting blood tests and antibiotics. And yea, she didn't just fall in, there was a steel lid to open.
