In your post, I see some hesitation and reservations.
I do agree that tests should be taken for STD and or other diseases however, I would have them done at the same time you're tested and don't have any sexual activities until the tests are in. Going by old tests can be unwise, as a lot of hanky-panky could have taken place to which the individuals could have picked up something.
Another thing to consider perhaps, is having a back up plan, should you find things don't work out; especially if you are moving, quiting a job and such. I would have negotiations for one month, with clauses to extend the negotiations for more time, more boundaries and such.
I am also wondering (out loud) as to what all this Mistress has in mind in using you both as 'sex slaves.' Could this mean that you will be having sexual exchanges with men or women and or both. If you are heterosexual, this might not be wise. You really need to make sure that you're going in armed with plenty of knowledge, information before making a life changing choice. What purpose are you to fulfill.
