While I find it deeply disturbing that the OP did what she did. She's the one seeking help from us. I think everyone has given good advice. Such as, no more partners, no more BDSM, until she gets herself repaired. I think we all agree that she's in no shape to be in a relationship right now.
That said. The OP needs to get professional help. My guess is there are a lot of things that happened in the past that the OP has not addressed or healed from.
Often people who associate sex and sexual touch with love, feelings of self-worth, etc to the extent of the OP's reactions.. have also been sexually abused in their past. Only the OP would know if this is true for her or not.
Anger, irrational actions, etc.. can also stem from not dealing with past abuses or traumas.
