Children - unmentionables - whatever you call them are against TOS. Even using the word 'unmentionables' is not 'OK' so just because you use that or other code words makes no difference whatsoever. It is the context of the post that matters - not the word you use.
I don't see the point of discussing what can and can't be allowed when the TOS are pretty clear. You sign up to CM, you forfit FoS... because to sign to abide by the terms. You break them, you risk warnings or being banned a while/for good. You don't like it - you go elsewhere. Seems pretty straight forward.
