Which is quite a few years ago and refers to when they were first doing the Grand Jury.

You would be wrong.
Likely suspect was the younger brother "by accident" & the break-in/ murder scenario was to cover it up. Details like windows being broken in to outside seem to follow staged scene. Son having drug & mental issues seem to back the theory.

Other is mom slapped daughter & she fell. Considering she died of painful cancer karma would have balanced that debt.

This is doomed to be one of those "rich people get away with murder stories". The house has struggled on the sale market for years & is rumored to be haunted by 2 female figures one young one adult.

The clues all contradicted. That said, the cops blew it - John Ramsey got his DNA all over the body when carrying her up. I read up on it and strongly believe that it was one of her parents who killed her. Such things as a faked ransom note made no sense unless it was intended as a red herring.

I live local, and was told quietly by one local cop whom I met off-duty that "money makes you immune".

Rose, I would expect her brother to have mental and drug issues even if one of the parents is the killer.

I have forgotten the results of my own investigation of the case - they may be in some old thread on the subject - but I seem to recall that I thought that the parents were involved.

For now, I am inclined to side with Rose and Steven.

Ok I did not pay too much attention to it at the time and I did not hear much at all after we left Colorado Springs.

There was never enough proof to get a conviction on anyone . That is why no one was brought to trial . who ever did it knew hte house and how to get in .
