I can see my profile here. Apparently, I'm the only one who can. I've had that problem before and don't remember how it got fixed. I do remember writing to CM and never getting a response. Does anybody want to clue me in on how to get my profile to work? Thank you, Harry

I just now hid it, then unhid it.

I sent you a message back. Make sure you check both ways of where you can select to hide your profile.

Not sure what you mean by checking both ways. If you mean trying to see the profile when hidden, I did and couldn't. Then I unhid it and could see it. But, can anybody else see it. And, by the way, when I first checked it earlier today, it was not hidden.

I'm wondering if there was something in your profile that went again TOS and why it's not showing. If you tried to unhide it and it's still not showing, I would contact a mod on the other side.

On the other side, I can find ModeratorOne, Three and 3. Most of them say, don't contact me for problems. As I recall, last time I had this problem, I wrote to Tech Support. Never got a response.

Profile side, scroll to very bottom of page. Click "Support".

That was the support I tried the last time this happened and never got a response. I just tried this support link: http://www.collarme.com/personals/support.htm Hopefully it will get a response.

I have spoken to a couple of mods from this side about profile issues and no one got pissy with me. In fact they were extremely helpful. If you don't get an answer from support why not email one of them and ask for their help. If nothing else they can direct you to the person who can help you.

@TheLilSquaw I'll try that if Tech Support does nothing. Of course I'll have to ask somebody here to check my profile, as I've always been able to see it.

The mods on this side cannot help because they do not have access to that information. I'm highly optimistic support will acknowledge his report. :)

I think the problem has been fixed ... ETA:Harry, I know this probably wont make you feel any better, but I found out last night from a user that my profile was not visible. It was fixed also, lol.
