When we see this type of stuff on runways it's not supposed to be the styles that men and women will wear and become a trend. They are used as concepts for other designers for future trends by taking away inspiration from the pieces. Uh any future designs for men that were inspired by this stuff is not going to be worn by straight men. I am not sure many gay men would were anything inspired by this.
Well for example, #15, the collar. We see that stuff out on the streets all the time and the metal would have been the material being used for inspiration for male jewelry...bracelets, necklaces, watches, etc....
In the first few, the latex material would be the influence for future men's designs..not the shapes, but the material and how it could be shaped and used. Same with the one that looked like a Franciscan monk, showing the heavy wool material being draped over and flowing possibly for a wool coat design. Anyway, like I said, this is what I was taught by my niece after her teaching me about the runway shows.
