Pushing for the most part sucks, whereas compassion is fantastic. To really experience compassion though is no easy task. If one really feeeeels compassion that is like unconditional love and we all flourish with it. Pushing someone is often sourced out of our own inner insecurities and inadequacy feelings we push onto others to compensate for our fear of survival, lack etc. It is an individual thing, in specific moments. Sometimes "pushing" is loving and one can feel that. True compassion always feels good.

I won't comment on the reality show because by design, intensity is needed to hook an audience.

In real life, I think there is a tremendous lack of compassion, sympathy or empathy across the board.

In relationships, I appreciate constructive criticism, honesty and understanding.

It is quite interesting when two people essentially tell you the same thing, but they say it in different ways. One way is accepted gracefully and the other way just pisses me off.

It is amazing how taking a bit of time to say something honestly but with finesse helps the person receiving the advice.
