I have been on collar e for a few months now and have had a great experience. But two days ago my profile said Profile not found. I made another one and now that one is gone also. I am lost as to what is happening. My subs, luckily have my personal email, but it is very annoying to not be able to have a profile on here that works. Can anyone help me? I have emailed support but no one has returned my messages.

Your present profile is on hide. Take it off hide and maybe someone can help you.

Still missing. I clicked the hide and then unhide and still it says Profile not Found

I'm having an identical issue: my profile is not marked as hidden, hiding it and unhiding it does not do anything, and creating a new account results in the same problem there. Anyone care to take a stab at helping me fix this?

kalik: Take a look at the way that the hide button works and you'll realize that is not possible nor applicable. "Hide" isn't a setting to check off; it's a button that after pressing it sends you back to the main CM page. After doing so, the "Edit Profile" button on the left changes to "Edit Profile (Hidden)", confirming that you are hidden, and changes back after you navigate to it and click on "Unhide"
