If Obama has nothing to hide with the way he handled the attack on our embassy, why is every other democrat out there not coming to his defense ? There is complete silence from the left..

Or maybe they know that what happened is serious and it is best to distance yourself from it as much as possible. The engine that is clearly driving this like warm water to a hurricane is a belief that the Democrats elected a person who is not loyal to the country. It was real lame brain. No good could have ever come of it yet they did it anyway, hoping beyond hope that they could stick it to the Republicans.

What the Democrats don't seem to realize is that facts and figures aren't going to matter much since the truth is already known. This isn't a rape trial where you get to suppress evidence. What reassurances do the American people have that the allegations against Obama are false? The Democrats didn't start with a level playing field where Obama gets the benefit of the doubt. The Democrats made certain of this. They dug a hole for themselves. If America was attacked once again under the Bush administration the people would have forgiven him since his loyalty was not in doubt.

How might the provision in the Constitution concerning the birth of the President be interpreted? Does it concerns the particulars of the birth or his loyalty to the country? If the loyalty of the individual is in doubt, they are barred from the Presidency. This matter can be reopened though the Supreme Court was reluctant to address the matter. If it can be proven that the President was disloyal, they can retroactively nullify any of his acts as President. In effect, the provision is a loophole in which the charge of treason may be made.

Why would the Supreme Court reopen the matter? They would reopen it in the interest of peace.

If Obama and not Lincoln was made President at the time of the American Civil War, given the appeasement policies of the Obama administration, it is clear that Obama would have given the South what they wanted "in the interest of peace". Obama would not have freed the slaves.

The Book of Revelations talks about a man who made peace at a time when it was inappropriate to do so.

And by the way the standard of truth that will be used by the court if it comes to it won't be the journalist standard of truth. It will be what is needed to forge a peace among the factions.
