That was like me twenty years ago.

Except I'm not black.
And I can't dance.

But I could have totally had someone else turn on the music for me!

My husband was a breakdancer when we were teenagers and he could do all of that stuff along with the head spinning and all that. There used to be dance playoffs and he had won numerous times. You have to be very limber and able to control muscles voluntarily.

I kind of feel the same way....I watched that vid and thought "shit....that ain't nothing...I could do that shit in my sleep!".

But then I did something really stoooopit: I tried doing it when I was awake.

I have an appointment with the chiropractor in an hour (as soon as my Mom can get here and drive me there).
