New weirdness with CM - 10/13/2012 11:02:16 PM

I know several have written about the new pop ups,while I have only had one[and yes,it locked up that window...had to use Task Manager to close it] what I'm wanting to ask has anyone else had a copy of their profile appear at the bottom of the text on another users profile on the home page? I have never seen this happen before and I do have screen shots of it.Has this happened or is happening with anyone else? Or is this random weirdness only happening to me?

I've had no problems at all; no frozen screen, no weird things at the bottom of a profile, no popup because I have pop ups blocked.

I have a pop up blocker too...while the pop up doesn't run,a blank screen still opens and refuses to close without using Task Manager.I can deal with that and I'm sure CM is trying to figure out that problem just like the ad with sound problem they had several months ago.But I am not asking about that right now.My question is anyone else seeing their own profile text at the bottom of several other users profiles on the other side on the home page? I've never seen anything like this before on CM and it wasn't happening a few hours ago when I was on.

I'm not sure if the problem I'm having is the pop-up people are talking about or not. I don't think it is, since I have a pop-up blocker installed. But about once a day I'll click on something on the scroll, and instead of it taking me to the thread in question I end up going to some porn site. I just "X" out the page and go directly back to CM. It's an irritation due to having to either wait for another post on that thread to roll up on the scroll or go to the thread menu page and get there that way.

Well,whatever it was has stopped and I sent screen shots of it in to support.It was just strange to see the edit your profile screen on half of someone elses profile.Although I'm still getting those loud pop ups/unders like most are.

Havent had my profile show up in weird places, but I've seen my home page show a username, photo, and profile text that didnt belong together...

^ This and clean your cookies/cache. If I don't run ccleaner every few day when I'm watching a lot of video (less often when no vids) I get weirdness. (Other weirdness.)

I have now deemed that the new popups, having been the first that was dismayed by same, are now acceptable.
