Why do people have to be so rude? I mean I get it bbw's are not to everyones liking but come on we have feelings too. just a simple " your not my type" would do, not "I fear you would crush me" ggggrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

This is when you respond with something along the lines of, "mmm yeah, you'd like that wouldn't you? having my gelatinous fat rolls envelope you, each gasping breath you take shorter than the last as my super squishy adorably dimpled ass settles in ever more comfortably ..."

I dunno. Have fun with it. Be over the top. lol

Of course, it might actually get him off and he'll come back begging for more. These things have been known to backfire.

ETA

I really don't think you've got gelatinous fat rolls, btw. We're about the same height/build. I just think its fun to mess with people's heads. No way he'd expect you to RUN with it, ya know?

Most of them don't pull the fat card until after you've rejected them. It's funny how "not interested" so quickly changes the opinion of the sender about someone's appearance.

lol, indeed....

recently a guy contacted me about an add I placed somewhere else but it was obvious from his text that he wanted me to be his whore....when I replied that I am not his whore (as I was looking for a ltr guy) he just replied "you are ugly anyway..."

Well....as the saying goes....(at least over here) better big than dumb [8|]

Actually, this is very reminiscent of how I get rid of telelmarketers; just as they've established that I'm the decision maker and start to launch into their sales spiel, I say:

"Wait! I know you have to do this and I want to listen to what you have to say, I want to ask one question ...

(I lower my voice to a leering whisper and say): What are you wearing?"

The responses I have gotten are funny. I had one lady threaten to call the police on me for making an obscene phonecall until I reminded her that she called me .

Peace and comfort,

Michael

Munchkin, these are guys whose lives are so pathetic that they waste time insulting strangers online. You gonna let people that pathetic have any influence over you?

Wish I had a dollar for every time some moron messaged me to tell me I'm fat. [8|]

You'll get a thick skin against the insults. Don't let it get to you. You're a cutie!

First they cm me to tell me I'm oh so beautiful, and how much they want to "serve" me.

I ignore them.

*Then* they cm to tell me how fat I am.

How cool is that?

LOL

Seriously. I feel like Mrs Jesus some mornings.

That's exactly like the guys who try to hit on girls and then when they do not get the reaction they want, it's "well I didn't wanna talk to you anyway!". Really?? That is soo grade school BS. I agree with you OP, people could be a bit more well mannered, but it's the internet. So as Greedy said..ignore, block, move on.

littlewonder -> RE: rudeness (10/11/2012 8:15:55 PM)

people write me all the time saying I'm fat even though I'm not. My belief is that many if not most on the other side are nothing more than angry, bitter, and jaded, insecure and childish.

Ignore, delete.

We need to start a forum for BBM's.

Two offbeat thoughts from an offbeat guy:

-- Back in philosophy class, I remember learning about Socrates discussing a magic ring that made one invisible and whether the wearer would continue to behave in a moral fashion. I think the Internet gives us something of an answer. The anonymity of a screen name (along, I think, with the absence of face-to-face contact) seems to bring out many folks' inner assholes.

-- By playing the fat card so fast, the jerks are saving a lot of your valuable time that might otherwise have gone into getting to know them.

that is very true, I am over it now, just shocked me was all, and I cannot abide rudeness

angelikaJ -> RE: rudeness (10/14/2012 8:52:17 AM)

In case you haven't figured it out yet CollarMe mail has a feature that enables you to read the beginning of the email by simply hovering on it.

If you do that and see something "rude" you can delete it unread and block/hide the person.

If you hover and don't know exactly what the tone of the email is you can check the box and have it sent to your saved email addy... read it at your leisure and then block it unread or read and respond as you choose.

If you get something that comes across as a cut and paste job: clearly they are sending you an email without having read your profile, you can mark them as spam.
