I have a fully paid up account and some level 50 toons already, but following the server merge ended up with a lot of level 1 toons moved to my main server, and do not want to level solo again due to boredom.

more fun roleplay, and I have toons in a normal guild already, well known US guild in WoW called "ouch that hurts" or something similar

I wanna know why the Goreans can have a special section in their forum guidelines that say no role playing twits and the rest of us have to listen to them.

Go to Second Life. You'll find a better receptions for fantasy players.

I have a few friends in the "Ouch" guild. I didn't like TOR that much. So I stopped playing. Good luck though.

I have no real desire to play second life, I prefer goal driven environments with other players like WoW

Beauty of TOR is I can play on any Time zone server in the world, in WoW, am limited to EU servers.

This is true, I was on a Cali based guild but I'm think of changing to a London based guild because that is more of my schedule. TOR just wasn't what I thought it was going to be.
