As was suggested on another thread! And I thought it sounded like a great idea; so here I am, being my charming self..........well, trying!

I'm in the UK, in the wonderful county of Yorkshire. I'm semi retired, and do voluntary work with a number of organisations I shan't name. I've actually done voluntary work of some kind for most of my life, as well as working. No wonder I'm looking for a relationship still! I'm very fond of animals, and not in any naughty way. Spend a lot of time out in the hills around my home, walking my dogs. Then come home to feed the cats! Then feet up and a cuppa. I drink a lot of tea; can you have a tea fetish? If so, I suspect I've got one! I would like to be vegetarian, because I think I wouldn't eat my dog, so why is it ok to eat a sheep?

I absolutely hated 'The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo'; love the first half of 'The Secretary', after which it gets a bit daft. (Obviously, I'd have just sat there and waited as well, if YOU told me to!) And 9 and a half weeks; Awww! It could have all worked out SO differently! And this '50 Shades of Grey' stuff; now I hardly know what to make of that..........is it good, or is it bad? Answers please, on a postcard..........(Now that's showing my age!).

I'm new back on here; bugger it, back again! ~What's up with these Dommes; don't they know when they've got a keeper.......??!!

Anyway, hi to you all; and I look forward to talking with you.

Your avatar is madly familiar. Do you mean the book or film of Dragon Tattoo, and the English or Swedish film?

And hello to you too, LadyH! Oh beauteous and delicate flower. Yes, that avatar was here last year too. Still trim and lovely......and on me own again, damn it! I must admit to not having read the book; I tried the Swedish film, but couldn't get the English soundtrack to work, and Swedish isn't one of my strong points. I finally got to watch the Daniel Craig version. Miserable; but that of course may just be me. I don't like 'Les Miserables' either. What did you think? Or others? Maybe there's already been discussion of it - I haven't actually checked previous postings on this topic.

The book was my holiday read, and it was interesting, but not enough to make me want to read the other two books. I have been a fan of Daniel Craig for years, but the film looked unappealing, too.

They were doing an offer on all three Swedish films at Tesco; I almost bought the set, but glad I didn't afterwards. I'll stick with 'The Secretary'! Much more fun.

I found you (or at least your avatar) to be very familiar as well.

Welcome back. Yep, recognized the avatar as your last pic here. I have to say the old screen name escapes Me.

To be honest - and one should always be honest, as my old tutor once said to me - I'm buggered if I can remember it myself either! But thank you all kindly for your welcome. You're the good guys.

Welcome back! What's keeping you from being a vegetarian if you wish to become one?

Maybe the yummy umanginess of meat? where else can you get that?

I have a goal to be piscotarian within about 2 years, so I'm taking it nice and slow. I love vegitarian food - but that doesn't account for anything. I love almost all food. That's why I'm looking for a Dom that's a bigger girl lover!
