I had one guitar lesson, when I was 6 or 7, by a guy that smelled like a skunk and had very, verrrrry red/swollen eyes and cookie crumbs all over his shirt.

have you ever bought a t-shirt or book just because of the art (not slogan/statement/author or blurb)?

Yes, I have bought a T-shirt just because of the art.  Books are another matter.  I can't recall ever buying a book just because of the art.  I would have to be interested in the subject and/or author.

Water colors painted by my 97 yr old stepmom (they're really good - she sells most of what she paints).

A Christmas Carol still holds up, aside from that it depends on what age I was at the time...

in my late 20's it was "Amnesia" by Cooper (his following books sucked though).

In my 30's it was "Shadow of the Wind".

now it's "The Fig Eater".

Not just one, but several out in the garage.  I have to move them around from time to time but never seem to unpack them.

A Victorian scene would be fun, don't think I'd want to live it as a lifestyle.  I would enjoy being a "Governess" and caning someone.

No, not even by my father.  (i did get spanked on my birthday a couple of years ago - 63 times at a play party.)  But i'm really not into OTK.
