I wish I wasn't as lazy as I am, but it's possibly the hardest habit to change. Soooooooo... pbm, do you drink strange soda flavors?

ohhh..i do.. 1. i make sure every part of me gets wet with water..my years, between my toes, etc. 2. shampoo my hair thoroughly, massaging my scalp 3. wash my private and ears with soap 4. use a loofah to wash the rest of my body 5. put conditioner in my hair, but dont rinse it out yet 6. wash my face (exfoliate every two days) 7. rinse out the conditioner in my hair 8. make sure no conditioner, shampoo or soap is left on my or the bathtub/shower 9. turn off the water and dry myself person beneath me..what's your ritual before you go to sleep??

Wash my feet. Brush my teeth. Wash my face. Moisturize my face. Go to the bathroom. Wash my hands. Go to the bedroom. Check the alarm. Take a puff of my inhaler. Put chap-stick on. Moisturize my hands and feet. Check the alarm again. Soooo...pbm, what's your favorite tv show?

shower if I haven't earlier brush hair and put in one long braid sit on bed and slather with loition or oil make sure alarm is set for 5:45 and turn it on! lay on left side to snuggle with Daddy fall asleep wake up when arm falls asleep and tingles turn on right side and lay on Daddy's arm, give him the end of the rope so he can slip the loop over my right wrist fall asleep again wake up when his arm goes to sleep and he needs it back turn on my tummy and roll up my pillow under my head fall asleep dang it, forgot question 1st time ..... sooo pbm ...... do you have morning coffee in bed?
