Does Obamacare raise taxes on Middle Class Americans? Did he pass that this term? So, he has both raised taxes on the Middle Class, but they haven't taken effect yet, so, technically, he can still claim that their taxes haven't been raised.

They haven't taken effect, so no one has been impacted by a tax increase, but Obamacare has passed, so technically, tax rates have gone up. They just haven't started yet.
