This is strange, I don't what is going on in my subconscious, but for the past few nights I have been having dreams about my high school crush.

these aren't the regular dreams that I have time to time where we are doing the "1950's malt shop dates" very vanilla things I usually have about her.

Now I am starting to have these hardcore rated X BDSM dreams about her.

Basic set up is I stumble across her at the mall, or at the coffee shop some where and then the next thing you know its a full blown dungeon and she's begging me for more.

I cannot interpret your dream, but I suspect that it has more to do with the dominant in you becoming more dominant and another part of you - masquerading as the crush (i.e. telling you "I am whom you love") - trying to accomodate that. So it does not have anything to do with the actual high school girl.

I do not know if the dominant part in you becoming more dominant is healthy. But on the other hand being a dom is what you were born to be. Que sera, sera.

Or it could be some side of you rebelling against remembering her and the subconscious' attempts to subdue her memory is manifesting in BDSM scenes when the wires are getting crossed with your BDSM equivalent of the libido.
