i was just wanting to introduce myself. i'm a new to this website, and was hoping to get into the forums. i do have a question: how do i change my avatar?

Welcome to collarme. Your "Vanilla" status and cone will remain and change gradually as you post. You can add an avatar or a pic from your profile by clicking onto the "My Profile" link at the top right of this page. Scroll down to "My avatar" and click on "click to choose avatars" and select from the many avatars available. You can also select "Don't display avatar" and click directly below that on "Use your avatar as profile photo" and it will display your personal main photo from your profile on the other side.
