Poise has electricity and she expects full internet service should be back soon as well.

I had sent her some of the comments here and in reply she said:

It was incredibly sweet of you to check in on me during Hurricane Isaac, and to create this thread so
that others were aware I was "ok". It really warmed my heart to read that so many here have kept me
in their thoughts, and I'd like to thank each and every one of you for sending good wishes my way.

I've a dear friend that used to post on the forums under the name Ur2badored....she lives west of New Orleans and I was so concerned for her. I hadn't heard from her until yesterday. Fortunately she and her family had no issues except power outages.

Much happiness that some of my favourite people are well!!

Can't you Americans sort out your weather? Poor Poise is no doubt even now being forced to sing and dance along some stupid yellow brick road with only a small stinky dog and three disturbingly-dressed asylum escapees for company. It's intolerable.
