I got your joke, Punisher, however I think there is a bigger joke here.

Consider this:

The parents of this individual knowingly gave the name Donald to him at the time of his birth.

No matter how you look at it, they either had a very warped sense of humor, or, they hated this kid from day one.

Lance, consider this...

1) I have been married and divorced four times.
2) I am 52 years old
3) I spent most of my adult life traveling around the world.

Add all that up and considering what I have seen in my travels, is it any wonder I am a cynic?

Besides, old geezers like me are expected to be grouchy and cynical.

I agree the house is pretty nice.

There are a few things I would change, not much. I would actually have to see a floor plan before I could say anything else.

But you have to understand, I am looking for a volcanic uplift of at least 50 feet, preferably in the middle of a lake, in which to build either a Japanese or English style castle on. That is the only way I can think of to have a geologically stable environment to build my underground Evil Villain lab and dungeons.
