Allie,I posted this one in honor of my epic hour and 15 minute conversation to someone in a call center somewhere in the Far East while trying to cancel an old dial-up plan I haven't used in over 2 years.I was keeping it in case I needed back up but in the over 2 years since I got a wireless internet plan,I have never used it.No matter how many times I keep telling her I just want to cancel the plan,she would go right back to their pre-written "playbook"...offering me deal after deal....

I sooooo wished I could have sent her this one!
