Punisher... I literally dealt with this same scenario for 1 hour and 52 minutes today! I was about to blow my brains out!

Allie,I posted this one in honor of my epic hour and 15 minute conversation to someone in a call center somewhere in the Far East while trying to cancel an old dial-up plan I haven't used in over 2 years.I was keeping it in case I needed back up but in the over 2 years since I got a wireless internet plan,I have never used it.No matter how many times I keep telling her I just want to cancel the plan,she would go right back to their pre-written "playbook"...offering me deal after deal....[8|]

I sooooo wished I could have sent her this one!

OOO! I used to be able to just set my phone and go to work and not worry about the station. Now, they do this are you still listening thing and shut off the music. I don't want to take my gloves off and mess with my phone!!!
