Doesn't appear to be anybodies fault. Obama was in Kenya at the time, and Romney in Mexico.

Just an aside: The first HMS Romney was one of the four ships lost when Admiral Sir Coudeslley Shovell (SP) led his flight onto the rocks in the Scilly Isles, in around 1700. This was caused by poor navigation and led directly to the dicovery of how to work out Longitude. Upto 2,000 sailors perished.
