I'm pretty damn sure I know the answer to this question but it keeps bringing up an arguement with someone I know that firmly believes a sub should never see his lady cry. That it is a sign of weakness and that she is not really a dominant. Personally I think he needs beat in the face with a hammer for thinking a title can remove human emotion but I would like all of you to chime in with what you think as well.

yes along with every other human being on the planet. Personally if I never saw my Dom cry I would be concerned that he was emotionless and cold which is not something I want in a man.

It takes a greater strength of Dominance to be able to have emotions, know how to express them freely, and the power to be a whole human being as yourself than any fucked up/trumped up stereotype. I would never want somebody who couldn't accept Me as a whole person, Myself, rather than who he wanted Me to be.

Dominants, male and female, are allowed to cry. I would be upset if I saw my Dom cry not because he was crying but because something had happened to upset him. Doms can cry when Old Yeller dies, when their kid graduates, when music or art moves them and any number of other things with their domliness in tact. There are all sorts of situations in life where if a person didn't cry or get teary you'd wonder what the hell was wrong with them.
