And because I have before seen many of you talk about music I am hoping you can help me out. I need the most calming, soothing, beautiful music you can think of. And links to find it if you have them.

I have hardly any connection to music.

I recommend that you go out for a run or twenty kilometers on a bicycle. Take a shower when you get back and go to bed and tell yourself when you are in bed that tomorrow everything will be better.
