I think the mods are fucking with us, seriously. People can not be this...slow. When LP asked what this had to do with poly, I thought the exact same thing when I read his post. Then when I saw his response about where he posted it. I was like WHAT??? lol

While it is true that it takes some time to become proficient, you can learn how to do hypnosis safely for recreational purposes in about a day if you take a course. That won't make you great hypnotist instantly, let alone a hypnotherapist, but it gives you enough bagage to start experimenting and learning by doing. (By the way, I am a certified hypnotherapist)
