If you can spare one.

Am going in for a right ankle fusion tomorrow 12:30 p.m. mountain time.

Many thanks.

One bit of advice before you go in:

Flair felt pen, black...."THIS ankle".

MDA, you, and your good wishes, are right on time.

I thank each and every one of you dearhearts for your wonderful prayers and support. Even though I've got quite a bit of an OWIE going on right now (less than 24 hours post surgery I am resting at home, and glad of it), your good intentions went far in covering my butt

Although I shall miss my trusty Jonsered chainsaw and Ryobi weedwacker, trading them in for a knee caddy was the smartest move I could have made. I would be lost without it.

The challenge at the moment is balancing the pain meds, and my system's attempt to harbor and deal with all the previous anesthesia and morphine, while trying to ingest and keep down small amounts of food/beverage.

Big hugs to all of you!

Don't forget that pain meds can cause constipation. Drink lots of water and juices. A stool softener might be a good idea too.

Yes, I am crazy about feathered creatures. I have a dozen chickens, 3 ducks, 5 geese, and 2 parakeets.

Revise that number. Just got 14 new chicks and 5 turkeys.

Excellent idea, Pepper. Think I'll search for my old Metamucil before I go down tonight.
