I'm by no means computer illiterate, but I'm having trouble with... 1) Uploading a photo to my profile. No matter where I save the photos on my hard drive, the site won't allow them to be uploaded. 2) Sending a picture along with an email I send through the site. Can anyone help? I know this makes me sound like a moron, and maybe I am. :)

Try making the pics smaller. There are size limits on the files you can upload.

The last photo I tried was 24.8 kb. Surely this file is not too large. Do you happen to know the file size restriction? Here's the error message I keep receiving, if that helps. "The file you uploaded could not be processed. Error #-2147467259"

Looks like a runtime error to me. The site might have been undergoing some maintenance. Keep trying, it'll go through. [:)] Edited to add: Google is your friend. putting Error #-2147467259 in the search brought up several references to VB and runtime errors (as I thought it might). Hope that helps!
