Luis Royo has done some very nice stuff, but I've never been at all taken with Boris Vallejo because his art just looks like a smoother Frank Frazetta with less panache and shoddier drafting,
Now Michael Manning, on the other hand, I do like, and he's even come out with some imagery I've not seen before (mixed in with the more generic stuff, of course). Better still he draws a lot like the fine comics artist Phillip Bond, so I can't even give him a hard time over the fact that he appears to be mentally incapable of coming up with an ending for any comics script he starts.

i realize it's a bit of a different genre, and i hope you'll agree, or forgive me if not. but this reminds me a bit of Heavy Metal magazine, which to me, is a type of erotic art. although of course, the magazine is (i think) a weekly thing, and the quality is obviously lower. and the magazine tends to be more male centric, and tends to focus on glorifying mostly the female form. i.e., the magazine also appeals to nerds who like to see boobs. i've never actually read one, not really into boobs and violence like that (did watch the movie, one of my favs from childhood, and i inherited my father's collection of the magazine). but i admire the art in general, esp the child-like qualities, if that makes sense. i like it because of it's imperfections and rawness.

I know about that ... I design web pages and codes are one of my languages
but so far since I have been here
and TOS of CM is a bit new to me
not sure if I can post them like that or not

Caress is on of my favourite all time favourites from Royo, I also enjoy most of his stuff, especially the prohibited series, and I have most of his books of art, but caress speaks to me, reminds me of a very special day with my pet:)
