The dwarf does have a wonderful role, I absolutely love him! If you have watched the show from the start, and haven't seen last nights episode..I will say, there is a wonderful surprise on this season's finale. I was like: omg!! lol

He hasZERO motivation to finish the last 2 books. HBO made sure of that when they started paying him. It took him 10 years to finish writing and editing book 5.
Now he's a fat rich bastard with residuals and we will never see the end of the story. I think he should relinquish his copy rights to the rest and let the fans wrote it...at least the last 2 books wouldn;t be about food.
