I'd love to hear from my Dom sisters who have experience of keeping their slaves in chastity for prolonged periods or those who have had their slaves regularly 'drained'. Did the slave become depressed, ratty or unfocused? I am going to conduct a study into how the level of testosterone effects a slaves temperament. I will be publishing my findings in medical journals. There will be two groups. The first will be put into strict chastity for six weeks. The second group will be drained of their seminal fluid every four days *NB. Every slave will have their testosterone levels measured at regular intervals and have their temperament recorded in some detail. After the first six-week trial Group B will go into chastity and Group A into the milking parlour. NB. I can't have my slaves enjoying ejaculation so I will use an electric probe to stimulate the prostrate and slowly release their stored fluid . The slave is bound to a chair, with no seat, so I can watch him clenching and relaxing his bum cheeks in a vain attempt to dislodge the probe deep inside him. It is a long torture and I have to gag them to stifle their moans.

I realise some might scoff but Penthouse Letters is an excellent source of learning about the functions of the body just like The Lancet. You imply that release or chastity will effect testosterone level, that's been negated a long time ago, so maybe reading journals would be a place to start. However, you should consider using inmates to eliminate environmental factors and get sponsorship from adult cable channels.

We will all tell you about it, mister, so you can wank yourself into oblivion... Now you should be at least familiar with how scientific research is done (but no doubt you have hundreds of slaves in your dungeons, so you can do a comprehensive study), then I doubt any medical journal will publish those oh so very important findings... Since the original very specifically speaks of the OP's slaves, with the plural firmly in place, I don't see why any additional help would be needed. One of the fine arts that I have never acquired was the scientific measurement of testosterone levels via blood work in a lab. What I do have experience in would be prostate (and that is the proper spelling) and anal stimulation. Funny that I have never noticed anyone attempt to dislodge an object that was the source of their pleasure. In other words, I'm calling bullshit.

Just wondering which journals ethics department would be willing to approve of this also. Last I checked "medical journals" are fairly regimented. Especially the ones regarding sexual and reproductive health.
